It happens... you snag your bracelet on your shirt and the chain breaks. Or your earring falls out of your ear and you run it over with your car (true story!). It happens to all of us. While we have every intention of keeping our jewelry clean and safe, accidents happen.

And we can fix them!

Just follow these steps:

  1. Purchase the Foterra Jewelry Repair here
  2. Put your jewelry in an airtight container. A ziplock bag works best.
  3. Find a small box or bubble mailer to send your jewelry in.
  4. Send your jewelry (insured is best) to:

Once your jewelry is ready, we will return it cleaned and repaired. We cover the cost of shipping back to you.
