I am so sorry for the misunderstanding. When we spoke on the phone I explained to you that this was a discontinued item and that it would take longer than a normal replacement. I am so sorry for any confusion. Items that we normally carry and do not have to recreate usually take only 3-5 days to custom make. In stock items are shipped the same day before 1pm HST.
